About this Life Group
Would you like to exchange your SAD (Standard American Diet) for your PhD (Proper Human Diet)? Would you like to lose some weight and get healthier? With her 45 years of experience as a registered nurse, Pam can help! Join us monthly for an educational class on health and wellness. We'll fellowship, prepare a meal together, and learn the ins and outs of living healthfully. (This is not an exercise class.) All are welcome!
This is a home-based group. Meeting locations vary based on group membership.
