Nate & Stacy VanWassenhove

Stacy has lived in Mooresville her whole life and began attending RiverLife when she was in high school. Nate moved to North Carolina in 2003 to pursue a career in drag racing and began attending RiverLife when he started dating Stacy.

After marrying in 2006, they began working with the middle school youth (Tidal Wave) under the direction of Scott and Melissa Forsyth. In 2019, they became the leaders of Tidal Wave. They have a strong desire to see the youth create their own personal relationship with Jesus and step into their identity in Christ.

Nate and Stacy have two amazing daughters, Finley and Chloe. They love playing doubles tennis together, mountain biking, traveling, and attending all of Finley and Chloe’s sporting events. Nate is a crew chief for a drag race team based out of Mooresville, and Stacy is a part-time school occupational therapist.
